Since 2018 Paula collaborates with Musician Tonio Geugelin and her father Joachim Niehoff for their Fairtrade Project Small Talk.

This project collects video performances from all over the world, talking about global justice. Paula teaches dance workshops and creates performances for schools and events such as Streetlife Festival Munich, Fairtrade Trade Fair Cologne and Fair Handels Messe Bayern.
